I. Conflict in the body of Christ will happen.

A. Wisdom looks at the specific nature of each conflict.

B. The gift is knowing we are called to be family. Matt. 5:23-24

II. Handling conflict biblically is the key to being the body of Christ. vs. 11, 14

A. The truth of the gospel is to be protected at all costs. vs. 14

B. The temptation is to sin in gossip, slander, and division. Prov. 6:16-19

III. Conflict ought to draw us closer to God.

A. Our love for Him needs to be supreme. Acts 5:27-29, Gal. 1:10

B. Giving thanks to God for His Word and His people.
